i feel pathetic. like .. argh. seems like im far far away frm my it. im lousy. hols are coming to an end and seems like i haven got much stuff done. i hate this

if not every single one of you wants to achieve that gold, its not gonna happen. what's the point of it then? it needs every single one of you to work hard. maybe u all are alr trying hard, maybe it jst aint enough? try harder, no pain, no gain. i hope what happen today hit some of u hard today, but why? not a single one of you took initiative to stop them today? why. maybe i dont have the right to say this, but i have my conscience clear, i've done my part, tried hard and still trying. its coming, but do you all even worry? its only abt 9 band pracs away. or even less. do you all not want to do well? if she scolds, jst take the criticism and work hard, its the only way out. she really cares, and she's pressurize, we're like the only band conducted by her that haven got a gold. we can do well, a change in attitude, a gold band attitude= a gold band. i see some pple who usually dont bring back their instru bringing it home only today, is it because ms sia said little brought back? is that the way it should be? why didnt do that before? i dont know. the leaders have done their part, its really up to us, the band. every single on of us, is it the attitude? gold band attitude=gold band. its smth we cant seem to achieve, time is limited, think about it. i am not criticising, i just hope everyone can work hard, dont be demoralised. we can and we will do well.
